What counts as a "user" for the license?
Anyone on your team with platform access — front desk, providers, care coordinators. Each one is licensed per month.
Can I turn on just one AI teammate?
Yes — each one is independent. Start with the one that solves your biggest challenge and add more later.
What's the "coordination" charge on the salary bill?
